Putting Scene (formerly known as Venn) is a curated event booking platform operated by PUTTING SCENE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (incorporated 12 January 2024; CIN U47912KA2024PTC183394) with its registered office at 2nd Floor, 372, 100 Feet Road, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore – 560008, India. By registering or using our service, you ("you") agree to our Privacy Policy.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. The privacy policy that governs the end users' ("You/Your/User") access to and use of 'Putting Scene Platform' (which term shall be deemed to include the internet and mobile website https://www.puttingscene.com/ as well as its mobile application and any other means to access the same from time to time) and the services offered thereunder, is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2011.

For further clarification the application "WhatsApp'' is the application provided by WhatsApp Inc.,1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025. The Putting Scene Platform is owned and controlled by Putting Scene Ventures Private Limited ("Putting Scene"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office 2nd Floor, 372, 100 Feet Road, 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, H.A.L II Stage, Bangalore - 560008, Bangalore North, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as "Putting Scene/Us/Our/We").

Putting Scene is allowing its registered users to avail certain offers from authorised restaurant partners and individual artists, chefs, creators (referred as "Organisers") onboarded by Putting Scene by registering with its unique subscription-based content platform ("Services"). Putting Scene owns and operates the website, https://www.puttingscene.com/, the mobile and touch versions and any Putting Scene Platforms we have now or in the future that reference this Privacy Policy.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires, "you" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who is offered by Putting Scene to avail its Putting Scene Services on the Putting Scene Platform or by providing registration data while registering on the Putting Scene Platform as a registered user using any computer systems. Please read this Policy before using the Putting Scene Platform or submitting any personal information. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

By using the Putting Scene Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. • Location Data: Optional. With your permission, we may access your device's location (via GPS) to show you nearby events and personalize recommendations. You may enable or disable location access in your device settings at any time.

• Payment Data: When you make a purchase, you provide payment details (credit/debit card info or net banking credentials) to Razorpay. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. We only receive and store the transaction record (such as the amount, date, and a token or the last four digits of your card) for our records and accounting.

• Usage and Analytics Data: We and third-party analytics services (like Mixpanel) collect information about how you use our app or site (for example, pages viewed, buttons clicked, and other actions) and your device (such as operating system, browser type, and IP address). We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to collect this data. This helps us improve the app and website experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device; most browsers allow you to clear or block cookies (but that may limit some website functionality).

• Communications Data: If you contact our support team, we may keep records of those communications (emails, chat transcripts, etc.) to resolve issues.

• To Provide and Improve Services: We use your data to process event bookings, manage your account, and deliver the Putting Scene experience. For example, we use your name, contact, and booking details to complete your reservation. We use usage data to enhance the app's functionality and fix issues.

• Communication: We use your email and phone to send you transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, account notifications) and, if you've opted in, promotional messages about new events or features.

• Payment Processing: We share necessary details with Razorpay or other payment processors to complete your transactions securely.

• Personalization: We may use your location and past activity to recommend events or plan features that are relevant to you.

• Security and Fraud Prevention: We analyze data to detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity and secure our services and users.

• Legal Compliance and Safety: We use your information to comply with laws (e.g. record-keeping, tax reporting) and to enforce our policies. For example, we may use your data to respond to subpoenas or prevent prohibited conduct.
